Agent Hub — your AI team

Agent Hub gives you twelve specialist AI agents (Nexus AI). They analyse your company's records and prepare proposals; nothing changes until you approve it.

app.shiftlink.au/admin/agents
  1. 1
    Run all checks

One click runs roster, workload, compliance, incident, invoice, care and data-quality checks.

  2. 2

  3. 3
    Choose an agent

Select an agent card. A starter instruction is loaded for you to edit.

  4. 4
    Instruction panel

Type in any language or use the microphone. Answers are in English.

  4. 4
    Pending proposal

The agent prepared a change (here, a new staff account) and is waiting for you.

  5. 5
    Approve or reject

Check every field, then Approve — or Reject to discard it.

app.shiftlink.au/admin/agents
  1. 1
    Writing tips

Include dates, record IDs, constraints and the output format you want.

  2. 2
    Four steps

Select → run → verify → approve. A recommendation alone never changes records.

  3. 3
    Agent guides

Open any agent to see what it does, its limits and ready-to-use example instructions.

Step by step

  1. Select an agent card (for example Tempo — AI Roster Manager).
  2. Edit the starter instruction: add dates (YYYY-MM-DD) and what you want back.
  3. Select Run agent and read the answer.
  4. If a change is proposed, verify it and select Approve action.

AI uses a sample of up to 40 records per source — always verify important figures in the related workspace.

AI output is not clinical, legal or financial advice.

  3. 3
    Smart Roster

  2. Select Smart Roster, choose dates and preview the proposal.
  3. Review conflicts, adjust any shift by selecting it, then Publish drafts.

Draft shifts show a dashed outline and are invisible to staff until published.

Coverage, open slots and replacements

Find every unassigned or unconfirmed shift in one queue and fill it with recommended staff.

app.shiftlink.au/admin/roster/coverage
  1. 1
    Queue filter

Show everything that needs attention, or only open slots, pending confirmations or conflicts.

  2. 2

Each item shows the reason (open slot, awaiting confirmation…) and the client.

Step by step

  1. Open Roster → Coverage & Open Slots.
  2. Pick an item, choose a recommended staff member and assign.
  3. The worker receives an offer and must confirm it.

Recommendations consider availability, existing assignments, skills and conflicts — always double-check compliance.

Step by step

  1. Open Roster → Change Requests.
  2. Select Review request.
  3. Approve to apply the change, or decline with a note.

Approving availability does not move existing confirmed shifts — check the roster afterwards.
